Cancelation of phone contract

My name is John Ngobeni, I experience bad treatment from Telekom customers services . I took phone contract for 24 months, after 24 months they keep on deducting, I called Telekom customer care to cancel phone contract , they referred me to internet and whatsapp and I didn't get help.
