Cancelation of my contract telkom lakeside

I went to telkom store in benoni, lakeside mall during the middle of January as one of my contract with them is expiring this month. Told them U would like to cancel it, I gøt a lady thete told her my story she said to Me u know what since your contract is ending in Feb, please come back on the 1st of Feb.. I asked her to issue me an additional sim on my other line not the one I'm canceling.. Guess what she didn't listen she issued a sim card on the very same contract I am canceling. I got home went to my app and I realized I have 3 sim cards on 1 line. I just is okay I will fix it on the day I was told to come for cancelation.. I still gave them few days on Feb and U decided to go there today, I got there by the way we queue for like 1 hour or more outside thier service is very bad in that store always, I still go there becouse is closer to ny house.. I queued for 1 hour again I got to the consultants to be told no we cant help you, please come back on the last day of the month. My response was but I was here 2 weeks back and I was told by one of the consultants in this very same store to come back on the 1st of Feb. His response was the person who was assisting you didn't calculate properly so unfortunately you need to come back month end.. Whose fault is that someone from telkom didn't calculate correctly, why must I be inconvenience. It takes me time and money to go to the store. Month end I must go back and queue for another 2 hours this time since is month end.
