Cancelation of contract

The service I've received from Telkom is pathetic. I've been trying to cancel my contract with telkom since February till today is not canceled. I've done a follow-up with them many times and every consultant tells me different story. I've settled the money in March and they promised it will be canceled month end but today when I call to do a follow-up I was told no cancelation was logged but I have a REF number 😡. I will report them to ICASA because I won't call everyday for the same thing and it's not done. ******..
