Cancelation of contract

My contract was due this year January and TELKOM did not cancel the contracts, after several instruction to cancel but nothing was done, all the know is to send messages of the debit orders, I'm realy not happy with the service and I was intending to take up another contract with them but based on this experience I will go to the competitor's
