Cancelation of Contract

Hi I have been trying to get hold of someone from Telkom for month now coz I want to cancel my Contract, charging me for things that wasn't agreed upon, saying I didnt put a limit on my contract when i did the moment i got it, just been a huge nightmare. Can someone get back to me today regarding this matter
