Cancelation of accont with telkom

Telkom were asked to cancel my subscription with them by end of March. Telkom decided that they will cancel my subscription during last night, no phone, internet nothing working. When asked why nothing is working they informed me that I have not paid my account. Just 2 min later I receive my new account and it reflects on the account that I did pay. The pathetic operator just said ok we will come back to you. They will not get a cent more out of me.
