Cancelation of a telkom land line

We have a landline in a business in montana we had to close the business due to the coronavirus at the end of April 2020 since then i have tried to cancel the order. So a spoke to a guy he said ihave to register online to cancel the order Every time i tried to log on the website said the are experiencing difficulty the access my information. So i tried to call a view times from my cellphone an hang up after 10 min with no answer so i send a sms to the telkom no and the reply was the no is only for telkom cell phones so i went online and try to get the e mail from telkom to send them my complaint but olso you cant the do not reply to emails you have to register online. But still the same answer log on online and create a new account and still the problem Sorry we cannot access your information try again in a view minutes So can anny body tel me to cancel a telkom land line
