Cancelation not processed

I'm really disappointed about Telkom insurance. I had a cellphone contract with Telkom and the phone was insured with them. November 2018 at a telkom store in menlyn I upgraded my cellphone contract and took another cellphone, I then asked the guy who was assisting me to cancel the contract on the previous phone as I am insuring the new one. The guy told me to call Finrite Administration to cancel and he added the new contract on my profile. Following day I called Finrite to cancel and they confirmed that my insurance is canceled and they send proof via email. My insurance with Telkom is not canceled to date, they are still deducting my money and when I email Finrite I don't get any feedback from them. This is now getting into my nerves now.
