Cancelation Nightmare

The Cancellation and Retention line is extremely poor. I’ve been trying to cancel my contract for three days without any success. Each time I call, I’m either left on hold for over 30 minutes, or when an agent finally answers, I’m told the system is down or running too slowly to process my request. This is unacceptable.
