Cancelation letter from telkom

Confirmation of contract cancellation letter I requested for th cancelation of my mobile contract with Telkom on the 10 December 2018. The contrct was only cancelled towards the end of January 2019. I would assume that once the contract was cancelled I would receive a letter confirming that the contract was settled but I did not. Since than I have called about a 100 times, went into the Telkom store Wonderpark about 10 times t try and get a simple letter confirming I cancelled my contract. I still fail to understand why it is so diffuclt to provide A CANCELLATION LETTER. PLEASE CAN SOME JUST PROVIDE ME WITH A LETTTER ON A TELKOM LETTERHEAD CONFIRMING MY CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED!

Call takers are always telling different stories. So now m helplessness, cause I want to do a loan from the bank, but because of Telkom I can't, I have been waiting for the letter, pls help me receive that letter pls... My number ********** 311 / ********** 986 for husband
