Cancelation issue

The most terrible service i have ever recived from Telkom, i contacted them by using their chat service the agent came through at 20:31on the 20/08/2020 her name was Patricia Shamase she asked me how to assist at at 20:31 i responded and she came with some security questions at 20:32 i responded at 20:32 with all the relevant details it was 20:40 still no reply i asked if she was there no reply i send question marks nothing. I even requested a call back no answer they mute there calls so that u cant hear them, Really disappointed in them HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED there network is horrible aswell.
