Cancelation confirmation

hello,<br> <br> Please can you assist. I posted a HP complaint a week ago and got a response that my line would be cancelled Reference ***A . How ever they stated that i had to serve another 30 days. I have already sent cancellation notice on the 8 March. So Notice has been served. I have emailed this to Zulfha twice and have received no feedback despite stating on the mail to me to reply should i have any queries.<br> <br> I am again pleading that this get resolved.<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Daryl
