Cancelation

<br> On the 11 of November 2015 I sent an email to cancelation to terminate my contract since the contract has come to end I was advised that it takes 21 working days.( case number ***0)<br> <br> On the 10th of December I call Telkom call centre , because it was still not terminated and I been charge R457 each month which it's a drastically amount with my contract I was paying R 349.00.<br> <br> Every time when I call TELKOM same song the cancellation will call you we have emailed them., Funny irrespective of that they still debit me with this huge amount which I find it very unacceptable, I took upon me to reverse the last month debit order because I been promised the refund but still today nothing has been done on cancelation and refund . I work for the bank if I have to return this debit order it reduce my score rating I regret ever having a contract with Telkom because it didn't bring joy instead of it brought more stress I'm not sure if it's a strategy for Telkom to make more money because even if it's an *********** of the Cancelation department it won't prolong for such a long time .<br>
