I went into the store to cancel my contract and was advised to do it online. I went online and got a message to say This service is suspended. I called the contact centre number and was on the line for 15 mins listening to the IVR. I want this account ********** 67 cancelled.

Following your protocol is not helping the customer and is beneficial for you as the company to delay the clients request.
