Cancel Telkom voice line --- What a nightmare

I am trying to cancel my Telkom voice line. Apparently you cannot make use of the email address anymore, but you have to do it online. I have now tried for numerous months with no luck. I registered online with no problem. When I try to add my account number to my profile, it gives errors. I went into a Telkom shop and every time they tell me the lady that can help me with that is only there certain times. I work during the day and cannot get to the store in the week.

What do I need to do to get this cancelled?
