Cancel Telkom Showmax Subscription

I have Telkom Showmax which needs to be cacelled by calling Telkom. I have called Telkom since 22 May, 23 May, 25 May and again today to cancel my subscription before 18 June 2022 as that is when it is charged again and each time the operator says that they are attending to the cancellation and will send me an email to date I have received no emails confirming cancellation. Please help me to cancel my Showmax subscription.
