Cancel Telkom mobile contract

Trouble cancelling my contract.

Okay, so it has been 24 months and my contract has expired. The time is over. I want to cancel my contract with immediate effect. I haven't signed for 25 or 26 months, but for 24 months and that is what I paid for. Tried doing the online cancellation, and what a **** system. I cant print my cancellation form, I cant save it. When i do save it and try to open the pdf afterwards, the file is *******ed.

Everybody said its an issue to cancel your telkom contract and here we are. I will not be held liable for another 2 months bill as the 24 months is over.
