Cancel Telkom contract. BAD BAD BAD

I have been trying to cancel my contract with Telkom for 75 days now. I got a reference Nr that they have received my email for cancellation. But since then I have send 4 email and calling daily but no response. This is the worst telecommunications network I have ever seen.
