CANCEL TELKOM CONTRACT

It is shocking how pathetic Telkom is, I've purchase a Wireless Modem from them a month ago. Installation was included however still nothing has been done. I spoke to numerous consultants promises been made but still no service. I went into their branch to give the modem back and again no service! I need you to please cancel this contract, cancel the debit order and come and collect your device that is still in the box no opened! Thank you, Desire
