Cancel Order without notice
Good Day My dad placed an order online with Telkom for ADSL - R599. They told us that it would take 7-14 days for delivery and installation. Today is the 14th day so i phoned to follow up on the status of the order. To my suprise, the order was cancelled without any notice. So i asked the reason for cancellation the consultant cant give me a reason. How unprofessional. Can someone please call us with a reason why the order was cancel
