Cancel of Telkom account

Good day, Please can I have some assistance,

I am based in Zambia more than 3 years with a Telkom account that I don't even know exists.

How can I go regarding cancelling the account as I logged into Telkom and I cant find my account there.

I received a letter from the Credit Burau and yet I still cant find my account.
