Cancel my WiFi please

I posted at the end of July regarding my Telkom account and still have no feedback. I have not used my WiFi from then but am still getting billed. Telkom is by far the worst and greatest ***** ever. It’s so disgusting that we should go through this. Please Telkom cancel my WiFi and stop *****ing my money. Bad luck company ever....angry
