Cancel my Telkom LTE Uncapped
<p>I'm so tired of sending emails and making calls when the fact no one is helping me! </p> <p> </p> <p>Lte speeds have dropped and is unusable! I'm paying R600 for nothing. All I'm asking is to cancel this and not be charged penalties because of this service. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have the right mind to take this to the media as I know journalists. But I'm hoping telkom can help me cancel! </p>
Who do I contact regarding this reference? I seriously need this resolved.
It's been two months now and no one has sorted this out. I cannot use the Internet, I'm basically using my mobile data because this service is down!
