cancel my telkom land line
gave notice to cancel my telkom land line on 23 may 2018 line to be canceled on 1 July 2018 did it via the telkom app. ref ********** 7 was resolved on on the 21st June 2018 was told that I had to relog the cancellation on the 1st July 2018. tried on the 24th June to relog request via the cancellation via telkom app and get response that it is already logged,
