Cancel my subscription.. Bad service

We dont have wifi service now since last week wednesday.. So its a week that i must pay for a service i cant use.. They keep on saying they are working on the problem when i phone but tbey never pbone you.. I want to cancel my wifi service with immediate effect because Telkom is breaking cobtract now and cant provide a service
