Cancel my service!!! It's been 7 months of no communication!

This is pathetic service from Telkom!!!!! I have requested for my service to be cancelled on the 7th March 2018 and I have been receiving sporadic emails from Telkom requesting the same details every time but my service has not been cancelled as yet. What do I need to do to have this officially cancelled???? Call me asap to cancel the service and reverse the charges!!! And my refundable deposit must be paid out and all other charges reversed! I dont understand why this is so difficult!
