CANCEL MY SERVICE AND STOP BILLING ME NOW!!!!

<p>I have been trying to cancel my account, I have emailed and called and sent the forms thought multipul times. CANCEL MY TELKOM ACCOUNT. I have jsut received a text message saying the service (I DONT HAVE) is suspended and i have been charged a penalty fee. FOR WHAT?!?!? TELKOM NEVER INSTALLED MY SERVICE. CANCEL MY ACCOUNT FFS. STOP BILLING ME NOW!!! I have attached my cancellation letter to this because emailing telkom is apparently completly useless as NOTHING HAPPENS!</p>
