Cancel my phone line!!!!

i have sent you guys an email and form to cancel my phone line on the 27th March. To date i have received no confirmation of this making me worried that you guys will not cancel the line in time. I am moving and do not want to pay for a service which i am not using. I want this line canceled ASAP.
