Cancel My Package before it becomes active
<p>Good day, I keep being sent to different departments to cancel my ADSL package that I took with Telkom, One lady advised me that I need to cancel it before it becomes active but I cant get hold of anyone. I keep being sent from billing department to sales department over and over. Please I do not want to be charge for a service that I will not use. Please contact me urgently.</p>

I have sent through a cancellation letter as requested, it was cancelled within the first 7 days, in fact cancelled prior to be activated. I only wish for my line rental to be with telkom, no other services are needed.
