Cancel my order and refund me

Hi there

A lady from your call centre called me over a week ago to let me know that you ran out of stock on the iPhone 7. I had ordered this phone from you online about 2-3 weeks ago!

I told her to cancel my order and refund me my R399. She said she will process the cancellation.

Now I got a different sms this past sunday telling me that order is being processed and you're waiting for stock!

I don't want to wait for any stock. Please cancel my order and refund me my money from the same bank account you debited me. I am not accepting this contract! You can't process something when I have asked for it to be cancelled and it was confirmed that the cancellation would happen!

I sent an email to ********** and i didn't get a response!
