Cancel my line , still getting charged after cancelation then handed over to Lawers

<p>how do you manage to be this ****? send a cancelation mail in december 2016 you then call me 2nd February 2017 we agree on canceling the line and you say the 10th of February 2017 it will be canceled ok perfect no problem</p> <p> </p> <p>march you send me a invoice and april and today your lawers calls me telling me to pay , my line is canceled i aint going to pay jack **** for something that was canceled and both parties agreed on</p> <p> </p> <p>are you this money hungry and ******** thinking you earn a few extra bucks of previous client to let them think the cancelation was never processed</p> <p> </p> <p>when telkom was offline for 6 months do to what ever you experianced no internet nothing i payed without a problem , but now you want me to pay for something i dont use and was canceled think again in fact you owe me money for your poor services and incompentancy to adress the problem where i have over 100 fault logged problems and the problem never gets fixed</p>
