Cancel my line

Why is it so impossible to cancel a phone line with your ******* organisation? I tried to cancel my line last year, but since that was unsuccessful. I stopped paying, hoping you would suspend my line and I could continue life without having to deal with you anymore. You suspended my line, but continued billing me for service that you were not providing me anymore or that I could not use (is that even legal)?<br> <br> I tried to cancel again in January but I see you have again ignored my request due to your incompetence. Sort this out immediately and make sure you do not bill me for the time that my line was suspended else I will be taking legal action against you.<br> <br> I am not calling your useless call centre any more either.
