Cancel my f$&%*n contract Telkom!

I paid off this ****** contract and now Telkom doesn't want to cancel my contract, it's either the "systems are not working" or they put you on hold for hours.

I want my contract cancelled and my number to be converted to prepaid. Definitely going to port my number from this ****** network after all this nonsense.
