Cancel my fixed line!

How many ****ing cases numbers do I need to get to cancel a Telkom Line you keep charging me for??? ********** 0, ********** 7, ********** 9

I have been trying to cancel my line for 6 months and you keep invoicing me each month, which has resulted in my credit record being shot to ****! I have even gone into a shop to try and escalate the process but just got another case number.

I need to find out what I need to pay and get my credit record fixed. Cancel the line and roll back the charges you bunch of monopolistic bullying *******s so I can get on with life!
