CANCEL MY COPPER LINE!

I have been trying for cancel my landline phone at home. Reason for cancel is the copper lines were ****** in the Ocean View Area and last year round about September/November . Ive been calling 10210 and been holding for hours of my life with no answer and agents hanging up on me because they cant handle the pressure of an unhappy customer paying for something he no longer has! Ive also been pushed from pillar to post to get the phone cancelled.<br> <br> Can someone please help with this by processing my cancellation.
