CANCEL MY CONTRACT, SEND ME A SETTLEENT LETTER AND STOP DEBITING ME

I completed my cotract with telkom in 2019 November but till this day i am still being debit, why??? every time i call to find out your consultants hang up the phone or blatanly refuse to assist me
