CANCEL MY CONTRACT , BATHO BA MODIMO

You guys don't deserve even a single star 😪 I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Telkom. Unfortunately, my experience has been marred by poor communication and unhelpful customer support.

I've been trying to cancel my contract, but the process has been unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, I've been met with unresponsive or unhelpful representatives. They made me stay on the line for 30+ minutes, and they sent me an invoice this morning after speaking to a rep , asking her to cancel. Bathong please debit my account
