Cancel my account, stop debiting my account and give me my REFUND !!

My service was stopped on 9 Mar 2018. I logged a CALL WITH Telkom and was given a reference number of 57ATK100318. On 2 Apr 2018 I then cancelled my account. On 25 Apr 2018 I was debited an amount of 384.34. On 25 May 2018 I debited an amount of 351.53, and on 25 Jun 2018 39.74. I would have imagined that my account would now have been closed on 2 May 2018, and I would be eligible for a refund, seeing as I had had no service delivery since 9 Mar 2018. But no way. I have phoned the accounts department 5 times already, and every time I get the run around. Cancel my account and give me my refund !!!!
