Cancel Landline and Adsl Line

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent a Cancelation letter and ID to the required email address, received the automated response.</p> <p>Have not received a phone call. Service is still on, The Emailed promised a consultant will call within 21 Business days. Which is not true. I have sent the email again and just received the same response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Terrible cancellation services. Seems they make up more revenue by delaying the cancellation.</p> <p>I will not pay a cent more than the month after I sent in my cancellation.</p> <p> </p> <p>And when U Phone them, Sorry sir. They will phone you. I mean really</p> <p> </p> <p>After 2 months. Terrible.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
