CANCEL EVERYTHING

I ordered a new device and I was told it has been approved and will be delivered in 48 hours. The debit order has come out and yet still I don't have a device. I'm paying for something I don't have. I'd like to cancel all of that and get my money back. This is not how I want to start a relationship. i have lost all trust in you.
