Cancel contracts that comes to an end

No matter how many times a client sends emails to various contacts they just don’t adhere to requests… very very poor service…if a contract comes to an end the sim hasn’t been used don’t take it upon urself to just keep deducting cancel the contract cancel the sim .. if the client wants to continue with services they will contact u BUT YOU TELKOM AS LONG AS YOU GAINING EVENTHOUGH CONTRACT HAS FINISHED YOU SCORING… how many times must we cancel? Your app ISNT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL WORKS FOR YOU GUYS NOY FOR THE CLIENT ….. when contracts come to an end cancel it for goodness sake ….
