Cancel contract due to poor service

<p>In December I sent a complaint saying that I recieved the router that I app**** for but no sim card was delivered, Kruben Moodley called me saying he would sort this out, to date nI am still waiting for this to be sorted out, I have the router but cant use without the sim card, I want this contract cancelled with immediate effect, I dont want to have to deal with a bunch of ammatures who do not take business seriously</p>
