Cancel Contract
I am trying to cancel my telkom contract, called the call center 3-4 times was on hold for more than 1hr(dont have telkon landline so its costing me). Finally got the call from the call center Joshua , he asked me to send the cancelation form and everything will be taken care of. That was on 19th but till date I have not heard from the company.<br> Please note this is to cancel an expired contract.
