Cancel Contract

<p>About a year ago I took out an LTE contract with Telkom through a sales rep from a company called Real Promotions. I was told by this rep (Rogan van Zyl) that I would be allowed to cancel the contract with Telkom at anytime as long as I have paid the price of the router that came with it. I have tried to do this several times now but I cant seem to get through to the correct people to assist me. I just keep being put through to different departments and people that dont seem to know what is going on. </p>
