Hi

Please help on ref ***. I called Telkom on 06-06-2025 at 11:26 to cancel a new agreement. This was within the 7 day cool off period I followed-up again on 13-06-2025 at 16:30, as the phone was not collected. I received ref no but today 20-06-2025 at 11:49 there has been no follow-up, and I still have the phone.
