Cancel Celphone contract or move to prepaid a pain

<p>hi there </p> <p> </p> <p>i am really dissapointed in the cancellation department where there is no call centre to call , and only method is via email, which they never repond.</p> <p> </p> <p>could you please let me know why i am still being charged when i cancelled my contact last month .. and when me contract has been moved to pre-paid. </p>
