CANCEL CELLPHONE CONTRACT!!!!

I want to cancel my Telkom contract .I have been calling Telkom for numerous times in order to get assistance but I am sent from pillar to post. I was handed over to the collection department but they say my contract was terminated and they advised that I call Telkom and it has been sending me around. I just want to pay amount owed and clear my name !!!!!
