Cancel accumulated money.

Hi, I had a contract with Telkom I only used it for one month, the contract was a rotor for data the second month I struggle to get data I called them they told me to put it in the phone I didn't have phone by then I then cancelled the contract now the money has accumulated without the use of data now they don't want to cancelled that accumulated money.
