Cancel account with Telkom sold property

This worst experience I ever had try and cancel your account with Telkom whilst dont stay there anymore Go to the shop of Telkom they tell you go online you must do it there so why have consultant or shop get sms telling you router not working nor the landline You call customer service they tell login into your account How I dont have a PC or laptop connecting to it anymore plus I don't have password you get told send email *** no answer again you try alas

But we scream and perform when we want to close a account with Bank or retail account Telkom just here to money out of you they don't even call you back or assist online guess what I with MTN I have been 28 yrs with telkom still no answer
