Can you do anything right?

Our internet has been really slow but manageable it could still do what we needed because there isn't just a few people on a tower like we where lead to believe, greedy Telkom had to cram as much people on one tower. Now it is non existing, it keeps pinning from towers way to far from us, so that makes me wonder what has happen to all the towers close to us. Not just that, all my problems I've been having there is no way to get hold of telkom!!!!! No way!!! there one toll free number says do not exist, the other numbers are always during high call volumes. at 8 in the morning, 11 in the morning at 2 in the afternoon at 5 in the afternoon and at night at 7 everyday!!!! they have high call volumes???? Except for there sales line there is always someone to answer but they can't help me so I get sent back to customer care and there high call volumes. I don't think if it's always high call volume it means there service is any thing close to being good. Oh and of course the other way they encourage you to contact them is on there app!!! The app that doesn't pick up my info or doesn't send the OTP number and when you get it, it's already expired or there is a problem please try again in a few minutes. What is up with this Telkom can you do anything right, telephones is your business yet I don't get through to anyone!!! And internet that is your business then how come I don't have any???
